Peeping Leaves and History

National Parks are often over looked, but they’re pretty awesome! For starters they’re FREE! And beautiful! Especially in this gorgeous season when the world turns gold for us. I visited the Minuteman National Historical Park this weekend to check out the foliage and all the adorable old farm houses that still stand in the park. There are great walking trails and plenty to see! Two visitor centers at either end of the trail, I recommend parking at the North Bridge Visitors Center, there is plenty to see from a gorgeous colonial house with a patio overlooking the Concord River and then you can walk down to North Bridge! I started at the Minute Man Visitors Center at the other end and saw the Jacob Whittemore House and then drove down Marrett Road stopping at the various attractions in the park, there are plenty of FREE parking lots along Marrett Road! Such a great day I definitely recommend you go visit before the foliage is gone!
