Hello lovely people! Well the calendar may say it is April but I just came in from shoveling snow so I just don’t believe it. It has been gray and rainy for a week straight in Boston and now to top it off it is going to snow all weekend. I really need some spring weather, or at the very least some spring inspiration! So I have been doing some shopping to get myself in the spring mood even if the weather isn’t. Here is my shopping list for the ultimate preppy wardrobe.
1) Brooks Brothers Pants
These gingham pants immediately caught my eye. I have so much blue gingham I actually tried to talk myself out of buying these but then I decided no you really can’t ever have enough gingham.
2) Anthropologie Dress
I love the lace overlay on this dress, its the perfect casual dress to put a little Spring in your step.
3) Loft Shorts 
I don’t wear shorts very often, I almost always prefer a dress or skirt but these short are so fun and comfortable! From the bow to the stripes they are definitely going to become a staple in my spring wardrobe.
4) J. Crew Top
Polka Dots are one of those prints that when done right it can be EVERYTHING! And this top does polka dots right! I think I might save this top and wear it Memorial Day Weekend!
