The Kentucky Derby is one of my favorite events every year! The hats, the dresses, mint juleps, everyone is dressed to the nines in their best preppy attire. Vineyard Vines is the official apparel sponsor of the Derby and every year they put out a fantastic line to fill all your Derby needs.
This year I am so excited to be attending the FOMO Prescription Derby Day party. I am honored to have been asked to judge the Best Dressed Contest, the winner will receive a gift card to Best Dressed an awesome boutique in Southie and Charlestown. There will be a make your own Mint Julep Bar, with a few well known Boston food bloggers there to help you snap the best shot of your julep! I think I have to start with a little VV, being the official Derby apparel sponsor their Derby line is fantastic this year! I have been a fan of vineyard vines for a long time and this year’s Derby line brought me back to old school VV. This patchwork dress is perfect for the derby and a classic vineyard vines piece that is a must add to your closet!
