During the holidays it is so important to take some time and relax. Between finishing finals, work, and Christmas with the family it can be a super stressful time. My best friend Megan and I decided to do a girls weekend in Newport right before New Years just to get away and have fun!
We toured the mansions all decked out for the Christmas, had lunch at Castle Hill Inn, and did a wine tasting and dinner at the Newport Vineyards. Newport is such a great place for a girls weekend and the history geek in me loves the colonial New England feel of the town. The mansions are always my favorite! We are already planning our spring girls weekend in Newport.
I also got the chance to wear my new coat from J.Crew that I got for Christmas, it was so warm and cozy! My boat and tote from L.L.Bean is perfect I can toss everything I need for the trip in there but it is still small enough to carry around with me all day. My new Tory Burch boots that I got for birthday are so comfortable and are perfect for walking around. Tory Burch is having a big sale right now everyone should check out!
